My order status says delivered but I haven't received it, what should I do?Updated 3 months ago
Beyond Yoga will provide a tracking number once your order ships. You will want to track your shipment and make any necessary arrangement to receive your package. Beyond Yoga is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a delivery has been successfully completed. If you feel your package may be lost or stolen, please contact Customer Care immediately to tracking claim.
Because tracking claims can result in completed deliveries, orders cannot be refunded/reshipped during an open investigation. We apologize for any inconvenience.
